HOW CAN I PAY?

Payment is made via direct debit on either a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

I DON'T LLIKE DIRECT DEBIT, CAN I PAY EFTPOS/CASH?

Direct debit is one of the easiest ways to ensure you keep up with your membership payments each week/fortnight/month. If you don't feel comfortable setting up a DD with us, paying upfront for the year is still available to you.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED ENTRY?

Yes they certainly are.

CAN I PUT MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD?

You are able to put your membership on hold for up to seven weeks if you are injured, busier than usual or expecting to spend time out of town. Please let us know two weeks in advance of your hold period and we will arrange to suspend your payments. We’ll need a start and finish date as we will automatically to restart your membership when your hold period is complete.
We can only put a membership on hold for a maximum of seven weeks. Anything more is considered a cancellation, which will be carried out in accordance with our normal cancellation terms. Of course, we would love for you to come back and will be happy to discuss renewing your membership at any time.

You didn't get to where you are now overnight, and you won't get to where you want to go with a quick-fix, either.


Our program works in season cycles. It gives us enough time for our expertise and training systems to combine with your work ethic to achieve the desired result.

WILL I BE COACHED OR SUPERVISED WHEN I'M TRAINING?

During your sessions, you will work with up to 8-10 other athletes. This makes sure we can keep a quality athlete:coach ratio so every athlete gets the attention they need.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE MY SESSION?

If you are unable to attend a Training Session and you notify MSP 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of that Training Session, you will have up to 2 weeks to reschedule a make-up Training Session.
