"BUILT BY ATHLETES, FOR ATHLETES"

MetaStrength is a breeding ground for junior, youth and high performance athletes to expand their mental and physical performance capabilities by creating a new standard of athletic development in Western Sydney. We wanted a facility that was built specifically for athletes, a place where they can be who they are and express themselves freely.


Athletes are confidence based performers, when confidence is high performance is high. 

The flip side to that is when confidence is lacking, performance suffers. At MetaStrength we are not just a training system, we are a support system, a belief system and a breeding ground for confidence and success.


Our goal is to bridge the gap between professional sports and semi professional athletic development and recovery. We want amateur and semi professional athletes to have access to the same level of training/coaching, recovery systems and protocols as the professionals BUT  with an exceptionally higher level of care and attention to detail. So that they can one day get to a professional level and live their dreams.

WHY OUR PROGRAM?

We're not just a 'gym', and our training doesn't start and end with sets and reps on the gym floor. Our coaches work closely with all of our athletes to develop a personal connection so our athletes know they are not alone on their journey. Our goal is to educate and establish the habits and routines that will set them up for success both on the field and in life. It's these measures we put in place that build confidence when it matters and develops a winners mindset. This is what seperate's our program and our athletes. 





No two athletes are built equal, and because of that, all our programs are individualised for our athletes. We will be able to identify exactly what you need to take your performance to the next level in a way that is unique to you.  




​Our team training sessions, are kept compact, you are working with other athletes. We do this so we can maintain a quality athlete:coach ratio to ensure every athlete gets the attention they need. This also offers you a team environment so you'll be surrounded by like minded athletes all chasing improvement.

ELITE ATHLETE PATHWAY

Rugby League

We are proud to introduce our new program;

Elite Athlete Pathway- Rugby League

This program is designed specifically for Rugby League players to improve their skills and understanding of the game while developing their physical capabilities. 

Our program is the first of its kind in the private sector.

Our Elite Athlete Pathway is application only.

You don’t need to be an elite athlete to take part but you need to have an elite mindset and be willing to develop and grow as an athlete.  


This program has limited spots available.

Mod- 10-12 years 
International- 13-15 years
Seniors- 16+

This is our foundation program and we believe it's the most comprehensive Athletic development program in Western Sydney. 
We take the guesswork out of it for our Athletes by designing a program individulised to suit their specific goals and needs. You will complete this program under the watchful eye of our experienced coaching staff to ensure you get the most out of each session.

JUNIOR BASE DEVELOPMENT

This is where we lay the foundations of athletic performance.
We’ll develop both the physical and mental qualities to set them up for success not only in their chosen sport but for their future endeavours.
We do this by exposing them to a wide variety of  movement patterns, games and play.
A large emphasis is placed on movement quality here at MSP because it is a very effective way to reduce the risk of injury and increase resilience to keep our young athletes doing what they love, playing sport.

SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING

"The Most Sought After Commodity On The Planet, Find Out How To Unlock Your Speed Potential." 

The differences between track and team athlete's are vast and their speed training should reflect this.

The athlete that can optimise their speed quickness in acceleration will always have the advantage in team sports. 

Development of speed in team sport athletes is not linear and is multifactorial.

Improving relative force production. The most powerful athletes are athletes who have the potential to be fast. Weak athletes will never be fast. 

Running mechanics and technique clean up can improve speed relatively quickly, by creating efficiency and fluidity.


Often not utilised enough in team based sport is high speed exposure.

But at the end of the day, no drills that improve mechanics or strength training can be optimised unless an athlete actually sprints. It stands to reason that if you want to be fast, you have to run, this is why we optimiise top end speed with our field based sessions.
